A new Barre3 studio is coming to Dobbs Ferry in late spring 2019 and studio owner Becca Licht is excited to partner with Anna Milner-Tritt and The Little Red to share this workout with parents and community members in the Rivertowns and support local families.

Mindful Parenting Through the Holidays + New Year

Mindful parenting is about bringing your conscious attention (and your sense of humor!) to your interactions with your child. Join us for this two-part parenting workshop. ($40 for both workshops)

Part 1: Mindful Parenting through the Holidays: The holidays can be full of joy, but also full of stress! If you feel like you can’t relax or you’re running on empty, now is the perfect time to pause and make time for self-care and stress management. Connect with other parents while practicing techniques based on mindfulness and self-compassion. Held on Thursday, December 13th

Part 2: Mindful Parenting in the New Year: If your New Year’s resolution is to yell less and enjoy parenting more, than this workshop is for you! Understanding your child’s challenging behavior – and your own stress response – will help you learn to deal with challenging moments more empathically and effectively. Back by popular demand! Join Leslie from The Youth Yoga Lab during April break, for a fun morning filled with yoga, breath-work, beading and fun.  Every participant will get to create a beautiful yoga bead bracelet. We have a large collection of unique beads. Beading is a great opportunity to practice our mindfulness(focus) and exercise creativity.  We hope to see you there!

Sleepy on Hudson @ The Little Red!

Join Sleepy on Hudson's "Sleep Circle"  for parents (and soon-to-be parents) with babies up to 8 months of age. Whether you are actively working on sleep for your baby or are just wondering what methods are right for you, this supportive group will work together with pediatric sleep consultant, Lindsay Rothman, to troubleshoot and develop healthy sleep habits for your little one.  Beginning June 22nd - 10:30am.

Yoga for Tweens added! Starts THIS Friday - May 5th

Looking for an amazing way to unwind on a Friday evening? Come join The Youth Yoga Lab for a 5 class yoga series at The Little Red. Classes are 45 minutes in length, and designed for kids 10-13 years old.  Held Fridays at 5:30 pm. 5 week session: May 5th - June 9th (No class May 26th)
